I had a great experience during the interview process for the project management position at Kyndryl. The interviewers were friendly, and the interview itself went smoothly. However, I was disappointed by the lack of follow-up after the interview. Despite my attempts to reach out to the recruiter, I didn’t receive any updates on the result.
It would have been nice to receive at least a brief update, even if the decision was to move forward with another candidate. Clear communication, especially after the interview, is something that could greatly improve the candidate experience.
