3 rounds: an initial conversation with a recruiter from the company, an online interview with a couple of consultants and a final on-site interview with the hiring manager of the team.

I went through three online interview rounds and one in person. Unfortunately, the overall experience was quite poor. The company claims to have a presence in Switzerland, but in reality, most of its operations seem to be outsourced to lower-cost countries. This is not necessarily an issue, but it contradicts how they present themselves. The first interviews were fine, covering typical HR and technical topics. The HR contact was particularly kind and professional, though also outsourced to Poland. However, later rounds felt unstructured and strange. Some of the interviewers came across as rude and arrogant, which left a very negative impression. Overall, the company seems unknown in Switzerland, and frankly, I understand why. It does not appear to have a strong or trustworthy reputation here. If you are looking for a serious employer in the DACH region, I would recommend saving your time and applying elsewhere.
