Kyndryl Associate Technical Engineer interview questions

There was 2 rounds First thing is assessment test. Second one is Technical and Hr Interview. The interview time is goes upon 30 minutes and the interviewer was too friendly

Useless practicality towards girl candidate marks towards correct answer: 1 if Male candidate 1.5 if Female candidate Even if u are selected(Male) in final list only females name will be there. If u dont want to hire Male candidates then why do u do the exam and waste everyone's time , directly offer to all the girl candidates 😤
