The interview takes place and it involves asking questions about your project and management firms. It seems how you answer the questions than what you answer. Be confident. The GD involves how boldly you answer the current topics.
Phone call by HR, then on-site interview (Technical test, manager/team member interview and HR interview). Then phone call for feed-back and job offer. Nice interviews and welcoming people. Feed-back on the test very helpful to know where you need to improve.
Work life balance. Earning respectable hourly incomes . Interaction with senior management . Getting work done and going home. Less head-on competition amongst peers (no KPI). Employee surveys done to poll morale, with actions (but results still not good).
