Interview
Three rounds of interview. Since it was a research position they asked me if I had researched on the team members and interviewers. They were all face to face after which I received my offer on the 3rd interview. They also tested me on my skill set.

They asked about myself, interests, hobbies, strengths and weaknesses. Thy also asked about current affairs and the Indian economy. Was grilled for any previous experience I had with research.

Interview
The interview consists of an online test followed by a gd. There will be huge shortlists in the above two rounds. After clearing GD you will be called on for a technical interview. The interviewer will focus mainly on your projects and a few general questions from your resume. After clearing this technical interview you will be called on for an HR interview and then a Directorial interview. Both of these rounds are panel dependent and mostly it will deal with general interactions about handling the situations.
