I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (Edison, NJ) in Jan 2019
Interview
Easy interview, moreso a conversation than anything. Seems like they wanted me before I walked in, and it was just a test to see if I was a normal person, in-person.
Interview process started with 30 minute informal interview via phone. Was passed onto hiring manager and helper for a 45 minute phone interview. Questions were mostly casual and directly related to job needs rather than behavioral.
I gave 3 round of interviews along with one assessment test, it was totally virtual interview and a smooth process. I enjoyed it. I gave 3 round of interviews along with one assessment test, it was totally virtual interview and a smooth process. I enjoyed it.
