Jaipur Rugs interview questions

When I sent my resume in, Jaipur called my current employer and told him that I had applied for a job there. That put me in a very bad situation at my current job (nor did Jaipur call me to interview). So, candidates BEWARE if you're currently employed. It's a small industry and personal relationships hold precedence over professionalism.

They have a good and stringent interview process but mostly interviewed by people from other departments which is a little funny to see. Even they are not aware of the nuances of the work profile, job responsibilities and skills required for it.
