Took too long and they asked so many questions I thought I was getting the third degree. Took these lengthy tests one after the other. Personality test, skill test. Aptitude, it was crazy. Then three interviews with different people. It was like they were more concerned about how you were outside of work rather than what a person could contribute.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Jaipur Rugs (Norcross, GA) in Jun 2012
Interview
It was a face to face with the warehouse manager and warehouse specialist. Talked about the duties that was needed in the position, and what was expected from me. Was advised that there will be some days of long hours. Gave a detailed brake down of the company and department.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jaipur Rugs (Norcross, GA) in Feb 2015
Interview
Too long. Four different interviews for a duration of two weeks. I was interviewed on the phone for half an hour, then was called backed for an in-person interview. I was then asked to submit to a drug test, not an issue, this is standard for most companies. Then did a personality test and skills test. Interviewed by four different people over a period of two weeks. I should have turned away then because, normally, this type of process demands a much better rate of pay and working environment. After all this time and effort that I put into the interview process, I was only mislead and was given duties for which I was well over qualified. Too many interviews, too much time, not enough reward at the end of the process. A joke, really. Jump through fifteen flaming hoops and perhaps I'll give you a tiny treat. This company is greedy, as are most, but at least most companies don't waste that much time promising what cannot be delivered.
