I had a brief phone call for about 30 minutes explaining the job and what not. It was very casual and the woman was extremely nice. I was given a second interview on zoom with their regional manager who was also very nice and was easy to talk to.
The interview process was quick and efficient. I spoke with my recruiter and secured an interview spot for that week. My interview conductors gave a thorough explanation of my day to day task. My recruiter was also exceptional in assisting me throughout the process.

Question 1
What have I done in previous roles that will help me excel in this role?
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Interface (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview process had four rounds. It started with an introductory call with an HR representative, Sara George, where she walked me through the role and what to expect. The next step was a Microsoft Teams interview with my current manager, Lindsay Stoda. She went into more detail about the responsibilities and asked me questions about my background and skill set.
After that, I visited the Base Camp office for an in-person conversation with Bruce Hausmann, the CFO of Interface. We had a longer discussion about my experience and how I might be a good fit for the team.
The final interview was with both Lindsay and Liz Minne, Head of Global Sustainability Strategy. I had the chance to ask more detailed questions about the role, and also share my passion for sustainability and ESG in a more personal way.
