I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Interface (Picton) in Nov 2016
Interview
It was more about my personal life choices if I was going to be a suitable candidate as a long term employee, was extremely inexperienced was accepted into the role anyway.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Interface (Atlanta, GA) in Jul 2019
Interview
Worst ever interview experience i have ever had. The whole process approximately took 2 months. Had 2 phone interviews and three in person interviews over the space of one of a half month which were followed by an email stating that i still have one more interview because the person was not available at the time my interview was scheduled and i should be waiting for more communication. Three and a half week after that email still no feedback or any indication that the company has decided to go with one else. Sent email to recruiter to get an idea about the timeline stated that the company still has not decided and will make a decision on Friday. Come Friday still no response. Sent an email to hiring manager next Wednesday requesting an update, got an email back from recruiter stating that they went with an internal candidate. Please respect candidate's time and provide clarity on timeline. Internal candidates should be looked at first before you start considering external candidates. Once you have started the process please update the candidate on the status and don't leave them hanging for weeks.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Interface (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jul 2015
Interview
2 interviews. First with Direct Line Manager and Sales Director. Very relaxed. Friendly. Second interview with Line Manager and a more Senior Director. Made me feel very welcome and relaxed. I had to give a presentation within a certain timeframe of my ideas for the showroom as per their specific brief. Again very friendly and professional. Went very well.
