I had several in person interviews and a phone interview as well. I was fortunate to know some people already working for the organization. And knew the hiring manager from working in the same industry for awhile
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Interface in Nov 2023
Interview
It was a bit lengthy but I also realize they wanted to make sure they were selecting the right candidate for the job... Some of the information I was given regarding the hiring process was contradictory, but again, I realize this was a difficult decision and there were lots of people changing roles during this process.
