Infosys Sr. Consultant interview questions

Interview process is very good and its one day process. But documentation part is more. We have to carry lot many documents. Application filling also very lengthy process. Over all interview process is very short and sweet. one technical round will be there and another round with HR , if you are through with first round. HR round discuss about your package and pay based on your previous experience and salary.

Good process for laterals lot of options and different topics covered. In fact did mention about growth path in other areas considering the experience that I had. Good interview panel did not probe or seem that the process was biased. Senior Managers were more welcome to discuss in the panel
