Infosys Sr. Consultant interview questions

Generic; questions around past experience; what motivates you. Followed the STAR framework; situation; actions and results associated with various past experiences. Interviewer was very friendly; open and genuinely seemed interested in the situations and seemed to be trying to relate the situations to behavioral competencies

Interviews are detailed and follow usual process of employee screening , detailed personality , communication skills , attitude , technical skills , learnability , project viability are tested in detail by group panelists and rated against internal benchmarks and then based on the criteria they are selected or rejected
