InPost interview questions

Had a 1st round video interview confirmed & scheduled with HR but unfortunately they never showed up or responded to emails. I find this very unprofessional and complete waste of everyone's time.

Applied online, received a reply two and a half months later. Had an introductory call with HR where we spoke over the role and my experience. I was then invited to a video interview with team lead. Interview with design team lead went well, interviewer was nice and covered typical ground; explained the role, asked about my experience, approach, examples of my work etc. This went well and I was invited to do a white-boarding exercise at head office which I prepared for. Two days before I was told they were no longer hiring for the position - HR was polite but nonetheless this is a frustrating waste of time.
