InPost interview questions

Multiple stage interview: initial, team lead and the team/taks interviews were done very well and in a good atmosphere. Final interview with the director was a bad experience - interviewer appeared bored, bothered and uninterested. Didn't seem to listen to my answers. HR admitted to have a problem with explaining why my application was rejected - giving me reasons such as using polish and english in my code comments or importing libraries not in the top cell.

Technical interviewer did not have a clear idea of what they were looking for. The advertised position seemed to have nothing to do with what they were describing. The position said something about a french market senior designer, programming skills, the interviewer was complaining about managers and implementing design systems.
