I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at InPost in Dec 2025
Interview
1) HR screeneg was pretty typical, no issues with it. 2) TI: theoretical part included series of quick questions. It included series of fast exam-like questions and answers. The interviewer has not commented the answers, shown quite low engagement into the process. 3) The practical part consisted of several tasks 10-15 min each. The time limits where unnessesary harsh and again, there where no dialog or clear communication unfortunatelly. For the positive side: the questions and tasks itself where relevant.

Question 1
Java maps, Spring IoC, SOLID, Transactions and propagation types, microservices, design and architectural patterns

Interview
The process is an HR call and technical interview + optionally additional technical talk if there are doubts.
During HR call there were asked also technical questions about microfrontends architecture.
The technical interview focused on the news around the framework and live-coding, which later turned out to be a live-architecting task. The interviewer was kind and nice to talk to, but there were hidden expectations that the code will look they do it internally in the company, which may favor "those who know".
The technical interview didn't focus on my (full-stack) experience at all, rather tried to put me into some kind of a box to see if I fit there.
Solving the task and answering all questions did not gave me the job, but I've received a detailed feedback, which is rare nowadays.

Question 1
How would you split an application into microfrontends? What'd you base your decision on?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at InPost (Varsovia, Mazovia) in Aug 2025
Interview
Very hectic and difficult to follow. No transparency over the budget and growth opportunities. Phone interview- hard do understand questions asked due to sound quality. Interviewer asked really weird questions not related to the offer itself.
