InPost interview questions

The process is an HR call and technical interview + optionally additional technical talk if there are doubts. During HR call there were asked also technical questions about microfrontends architecture. The technical interview focused on the news around the framework and live-coding, which later turned out to be a live-architecting task. The interviewer was kind and nice to talk to, but there were hidden expectations that the code will look they do it internally in the company, which may favor "those who know". The technical interview didn't focus on my (full-stack) experience at all, rather tried to put me into some kind of a box to see if I fit there. Solving the task and answering all questions did not gave me the job, but I've received a detailed feedback, which is rare nowadays.

Very hectic and difficult to follow. No transparency over the budget and growth opportunities. Phone interview- hard do understand questions asked due to sound quality. Interviewer asked really weird questions not related to the offer itself.
