Interview
The process was straightforward. I applied on the company website and was contacted for an interview within 2 weeks. The first interview was a phone screening with a recruiter. I was moved forward for a second/in-person interview at the location I applied for and was offered a job by the end of that same day. The entire process from application to offer was about 3 weeks in total.

There are also a lot of culture-fit questions so be prepared to talk about your background and why you think you'd be a good addition to one of their teams.
