I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Bengaluru) in Feb 2014
Interview
One round technical and one round managerial which includes salary negotiation as well. Technical round mostly with skill review process with asking technical questions and managerial round where one manager tries to understand candidate's temperament and attitude.

Question 1
It was good discussion I have while in interview. It was for almost 45 minutes and Interviewer was good to ask me good question, which did not have any specific answer rather where we could have a technical brain storming session.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at IBM (Hursley, England) in Mar 2018
Interview
The process was very long, but rewarding none the less. The initial application and the wait, although both are long, the experience of interviewing at Hursley is awesome. The assessment centre was challenging and tiring, but fairly chilled. I would advise to prepare thoroughly and be prepared for any questions. There was no competency based questions on coding, it was all behavioural.
Be aware though, I was told that I failed my IPAT without even taking one, IBM assumed that they had sent me the test invitation via email. If this happens to you call and email, they should be able to reschedule you a new date.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at IBM (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2018
Interview
Emailed to meet at a specific time at the work location. Interviewers were constantly looking at their laptop, ie not interested. Understandable if not the right candidate. Did not look like interviewers knew what they were doing.
