IBM Software Engineer interview questions

The process was very long, but rewarding none the less. The initial application and the wait, although both are long, the experience of interviewing at Hursley is awesome. The assessment centre was challenging and tiring, but fairly chilled. I would advise to prepare thoroughly and be prepared for any questions. There was no competency based questions on coding, it was all behavioural. Be aware though, I was told that I failed my IPAT without even taking one, IBM assumed that they had sent me the test invitation via email. If this happens to you call and email, they should be able to reschedule you a new date.

Emailed to meet at a specific time at the work location. Interviewers were constantly looking at their laptop, ie not interested. Understandable if not the right candidate. Did not look like interviewers knew what they were doing.
