IBM Software Engineer interview questions

One tech, One manager round. Tech was too technical. Manager round was like bargaining. Once at the interview location, they will make you wait for hours before the actual interview happens. The interview probably will be telephonic.

first round would be telephonic, second round would be face to face. if possible Skype as well in non ibm locations. first tell me about yourself, later edcuation, later employement and finally technical discussion will happen ..........................................
