IBM Program Manager interview questions

Legacy Sterling has transitioned a large number of full-time consultants (FTC) to full time employees (FTE). First I had a telephone call from HR. This was followed by an 1:1 interview with the Manager who required the candidate. This was followed by the telephone interview which was supposedly the most crucial phase of the interview. Post this it wasa salary and joining date negotiation with HR before the Offer was made.
