IBM Graduate Program interview questions

Submitted CV and answered few questions online. The questions were like "Why IBM", "Why this program?", "Why technology?". The day after my application I received 2 emails, one to complete a video interview (3 questions) and one to complete the test. The test is not that complicated, but you need to practise since you don't have much time to complete it. I recevied the results of both test and interview after few weeks.

First an online application, followed by an IPAT test, quick phone screening, Interview with HR, Fast Track Day (assessment centre that includes a full day of group activities and presentations)
