      Pros

      Good working atmosphere, helpful colleagues, interesting tasks, good learning curve, global environment, good networking environment. Very good possibilities to make a career, much trainings offered, but you always have to use the opportunities by your own motivation - no one will serve you your personal progress on a plate.

      Cons

      High succeeding pressure, much administrative effort, inflexible processes, much regulations. Mostly, there is not much space for own creativity - to follow the processes is the basic principle of the daily business.
