Interview
Round 1: Received an invite to complete an online video interview. Interview consisted of recording and typing out short answers to technical questions.
Round 2: Received an invite to the next round to complete a Skype interview with a Data Science "Guru" at IBM. Also a very technical interview with a few behavioral questions thrown in.
Round 3: Interview with a senior member to discuss potential role and location preferences. Not a weed-out interview at all.
Round 4: Invite to an in person event with several other candidates. Event was mainly about company culture with a case study thrown in. Offers given out shortly after event.

Interview
First I did an online assessment, then two rounds of interviews.
I met a recruiter on campus career fair, then applied online. Got the online assessment two weeks later. Then contacted 20 days after the OA. Interviewed with a senior for 45 minutes. It was a video call. Behavior questions and reviewed my projects. Then second interview.

Interview
First round was a video round with pre-determined set of 13 questions which had both behavioral and technical.
Second round was a Guru interview where a data scientist took an interview. It was a resume sweep and additional questions wherever possible. It was technical. Got selected for the finish line event.
