IBM Entry Level Data Scientist interview questions

3 hr test before you can even get an interview is ridiculous. The test should only be given if they are considering you for a job. They should change the job hiring process.

A couple days after submitting an application through the IBM Careers portal, I was invited to a timed Data Science HackerRank test. The test was 3hrs long and only after opening the test link did I realize they request you to complete the test within 2 days of receiving the invite. The test consisted of 1 open-ended data science question with a Jupyter Notebook interface on HackerRank.
