I applied online. I interviewed at IBM (Yorktown, NY) in Sep 2016
Interview
After applying on the website they sent over their IPAT test which amounts to an IQ test. After that I was sent a few cryptic emails asking about future plans for education. I didnt get response for about 3 months at which point out of the blue they said they send me a simple coding exercise. Another month went by and then they sent me an email saying that they had gone with another candidate. It was all very confusing. You'd think IBM would be able to do better than that.

Interview
It was the first level and they sent me the link to Hirevue. You have to record your answer. I personally not comfortable with it but it is not that bad that I thought at the very first.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IBM (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2017
Interview
Q & A with an automated system. Half of the questions 16 in total, required a camera. The others were typed. You are given a question and then given about 2-4 minutes to prepare your answer. The allowed response time varied between questions. None of the questions were particularly difficult or convoluted.
