IBM Software Developer interview questions

Good and well planned and communicated well. Process is good. Total 3 rounds of interview. Two technicals and one HR round. Interview starts with about ourselves and relevent experience in python language.

For me at least, it was the initial recruiter conversation over the phone, then a coding interview remotely, then an in person interview via zoom with what I assume was either the same recruiter or another recruiter, but it was definitely with someone who didn't know what the actual workload entailed.
