IBM Software Developer interview questions

Took a C++ test. I was straight out of college so a lot of it was familiar - data structures, etc. Also questions about memory management. Pretty straight froward stuff.

Pretty standard for an IT job. There were coding exams measuring your strength in coding a language of your choosing and technical interviews to check for your understanding of fundamental concenpts was conducted. Several interviews with the client were also done.
