Hyatt Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

Took about a week to get a call, went in and had an hour and a half interview to only receive no call back. They were nice, but forgot about me as I was there, that’s why it was over an hour long interview

Interview was very strategic. Hyatt gave specific information on experience and what was needed to complete the job, including asking information about benefits and salary. Interview went into information about history about the company and what is expected of their employees.
