Huawei Technologies Developer interview questions

i did extremely well in all technical rounds.i found out that work culture was rather stressful in this company although i did not care much and accepted it. my Hr round was the also good...i answered everything in a organised manner..i twas shocking to see i was not selected considering i had told i had no problems with their rate of work(12hrs a day)... and top of it all i was made to wait 6 hrs for hr round i starved and stressed out in that time
