I applied online. I interviewed at Huawei Technologies (Estambul)
Interview
They wanted to have 3-4 rounds of interviews and at the first interview as a new grad I figured out that actually they do not have high expectations on technical knowledge ( I guess i got this vibe honestly), they just want you to go and work for them at the countryside for long periods of time to set 5G antennas (Turkey) which is a big no for me. I ended the conversation there. However if you have an OK academic record and willing to spend some time (3-5 months) on random towns I think you can get hired.

I interviewed at Huawei Technologies (Ciudad de México)
Interview
I was a provider to this company and my business point of contact in Huawei recommended me for the job. I only had to send an email to Human resources, and soon I had an interview scheduled.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Huawei Technologies (Kuala Lumpur) in Aug 2022
Interview
My department was GSRC. I had 4 stage of interview which the first one was just a simple brief with the HR, Second and third stage was with someone from the upper management of the department. Lastly was with someone from China HQ.
The process was smooth and fast. It was done within 2 weeks and the questions really depend on what position you apply. They did ask something technical so be prepared for that. But mostly the questions would be general questions such as your opinion strength and future views.
