Hilti Group Upper Middle Management interview questions

The usual series of interviews (approximately 6-7 of them), with manager, peers and others. Interviewers seemed well prepared and at times quite probing, but respectful. HR was generally slow and not very helpful. There seemed to be a certain attitude that getting an offer from Hilti is an honour in itself, and candidates should gratefully accept without discussion. Quite disappointing after a fairly long process and significant investment of time and effort from my side.
