Apply. There were three interviews. The first was with a recruiter. Next was with the hiring manager. After this phase there is an edit test. The third was with the stakeholders/extended team. Each interview was about 30 minutes

Mostly behavioral. All related to the role. Interviews were fairly conversational.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hearst (Baltimore, MD)
Interview
I had an initial phone conversation that last about 10 minutes. I was then invited to my first in person interview followed by approximately two more in person interviews with the decision makers in upper management.
Multiple rounds. Recruiter seemed like they did not know what role they were hiring for. They were not polite and asked technical questions unrelated to the position. Hiring managers were great and asked relevant questions
