I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Hearst (New York, NY) in Dec 2013
Interview
Straight-forward and comfortable. The employees who interviewed me were genial even though the questions they asked were very tough. Hearst is a very professional organization, and the best advice I can give is to have done thorough research before going in for an interview with the company.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hearst (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jun 2016
Interview
Telephone interview with TA specialist who was very friendly and the interview was fine, then face-to-face interview with same person + HRPB: CBI format. Overall professional enough process and feedback given.
The interview lasted 1 hour.
The offices are a bit dated but the location is very good, right by Carnaby Street.
Was told that the hours of work are 9.30-17.30 and the culture is fun and relax but high pace.

Question 1
Usual CBI questions however one sticks to mind from the HRBP: what would you need my help for, in terms of tasks?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Hearst (New York, NY) in Feb 2014
Interview
Felt like I was being interrogated. Asked unrelated questions, and then tried to justify it with ridiculous reasons. They assumed I was desperate to work for them, and didn't consider I might have other interests. Although, I did accept based on the offer. Sometimes in life you make wrong decisions.
