I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Hearst (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
I've applied through my university and had an interview at their office in Central London.
I brought my portfolio with me and they asked me a few questions about my personal work and school course. They seemed like they were interested in my work.
However, I didn't hear from them at all although I've sent follow-up emails. I've been told that they will get back to me within a wee.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hearst (New York, NY)

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hearst (New York, NY) in Feb 2017
Interview
One phone screening, which was followed by an in person interview with two team members. The interview was bizarre; they brought me to the cafeteria and we sat at a small round table amongst other people eating lunch. I walked them through my resume, then they spent the rest of the time talking to each other about a conference they would be attending in the future. I never heard back despite following up numerous times.
