Interview
Met HR, the Manager and Vice President all in one day - They seemed desperate. The office space was run down. At one point HR woman went to close the door and the handle fell off as she pulled it.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hearst (San Antonio, TX) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview process was pretty standard. Spoke with a recruiter over the phone who then passed me onto my would be direct manager and then interviewed a third time with upper management. All were pleasant, asked good character based questions and were very friendly. Only issue was a lack in clear communication in benefits provided and final pay offer.
There were three interviews. First one with hiring manager and local sales manager. Second one with hiring manager, local sales manager and other account executive. Third interview with GM. They really get to know your background. They are looking for certain characteristics that would fit the position they are interviewing you for. They want to know what you are passionate about. Are you self motivated? Driven? Ambitious? Curious? Are you an avid learner? Just be yourself and they will figure out if the position is right for you!

Question 1
Be ready to think on your feet. The questions that they ask see how you would be in a legitimate sales experience. Some people are naturally better at this than others. Thankfully, my past sales experience prepared me to answer these questions well. Remember: it isn't always the answer that they are looking for; sometimes it is the confidence you have with that answer.
