Applied online, next day later got an email for an interview days ahead. Lots of people, fill out a brief questioner about myself pretty easy. Waiting for a bit then got called for my interview and offer was presented to me.

On Campus 30 minute interview to see if you are cool. Basically can you hold a conversion, seem smart, and are willing to give up your life to work here.
Camp specific interview, Another introduction to your life as a frac engineer. Emphasis on the long hours. If your easy going, can hold a conversation, seem smart, and willing to work the hours they want, you should have a good chance at getting an offer

Describe a time you've demonstrated leadership? Are you comfortable managing guys who are older than you?(i.e. every frac hand) Do you understand the nature of this work... long hours, out in the field, etc.?

Interview
The interview process involved a lot of tours and description of the job title. They take you on tours of the facility and give a brief presentation on Halliburton as a whole. Then they ask pretty generic character based questions. They use the S.T.A.R. question method.
