Interview
There are three interviews you have to undergo. The second one is like no other interview experience I've gone through before. It's a group interview and they make you do hands on stuff to prove what kind of worker you are. It was a lot of fun, but they look for a lot in a person, not so much about your work experience, but common sense and who you are as a person.

Interview
The application process was in four stages.
Firstly, I filled out an application form found on their careers website.
If you are selected, you'll received a telephone interview asking you a few questions. That H&M store got in contact with me after about seven days of applying.
The third stage was an interview, with the store manager and menswear manager. The store manager filled out a form as I replied to her questions and the other just took notes. It was very friendly, although I was nervous, the questions were very predictable and I had prepared.
Finally, I went back for a practical interview. An unpaid 2 hour shift to see if you could cope with the fast paced environment of H&M.

Interview
The whole process was strange because they were hiring grand opening staff. The interview process was normal except for the fact we had to meet at panera and a hotel lobby. Everyone was incredibly nice and very forward with information about the job.
