I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at H&M (Bratislava) in Jun 2013
Interview
I responded to a job add online on hm.com. Short after that, a department manager called me, and invited me for interview. On the phone, they were already asking basic question, like if I can work night shifts and weather I can take weekend shift, and if I can work full time or part time. During the interview, I was responding to visual merchandiser and department manager. It was very relaxed, they were both funny and nice looking people, so I wasn't nervous at all. One thing - they tended to point out, that the job is really hard, and that they are fed up with it sometimes. They were quite impressed, when I was talking about company's history, so I got that going for me. At the end of interview, they just told me, they will let me know and 3 days later, they called me, that I have been hired.
