I applied online but didn't hear back for a week so I decided to go in the store and drop of my resume. The person asked briefly about my availability and experience, writing them on a little card. I was called back 2 days later with a quick interview over the phone. In the end, I was asked to set up an interview at the store for the following week. Afterwards, I filled out a background check and was told that I would be hearing back within a week. Didn't hear back yet but I am hoping I will soon.

Phone call screening to feel you out, then they had me quickly come in to meet the store manager but there wasn't one at the time so I just signed a paper and started two weeks later.

Applied on line took about 1 month to call for interview. I guess they weren't hiring at the time. I accepted to take a phone interview. After phone interview scheduled a first interview which requires a background check after completing the interview. Got a call 2 week later to come for a second interview then was job offered after second interview.
