The interview process was pretty much like an other interview. Asked questions regarding the company, my work experience and how I can benefit the company. I had two interviews, first was with 2 of the DM’s (department managers) and one with the store manager. Both lasted about 30 mins. It took about 2 weeks for them to get back with me.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at H&M (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
I applied online. I heard from HR about 2 weeks later. They called and I had a phone interview on the spot. Basic questions. A week after that, I did an in-person interview in the store I'd be working in. The interview started late even though I arrived early. This interview was with 2 managers and it was very conversational. This interview was much less formal than interviews that I have had for professional employment (which makes sense). It was mostly about determining if my personality was a good fit for the store and the current team. It was very easy to talk to the managers, although my answers to the standard interview questions probably weren't as good/specific as they could have been. I did hear from them right away but it took about 2 more weeks to actually have my first day of work. So it took about a month to start working from the time I had the phone interview.

Interview
It was rather lengthy--went through a phone interview and two in-person interviews--but it was easy enough. The phone interview was pretty straight forward and took about 10 minutes. Then I had an interview with both store managers but at different times (which seemed a bit odd to me)
