How will you resolve if you see one of your colleague gossiping about another colleague
Quick phone call with no warning to ask personal questions i.e. why you want the job etc. Then got invited to an in-person interview which involved being told about all the core values of H&M and how you represent them and how you would when working there. Also asked to create an outfit for an event from items on the shop floor. Generally a fairly easy interview process and very friendly.
