The process consists of a presentation, case, group interview and personal interview. They invited around 30 people and managers felt lost and unmotivated. They didn’t pay attention to participants equally, spending less and less time on each applicant as the time was running out. Job interview language varied from Swedish to English and language skills of a hiring manager were relatively poor.
