I applied online first through Indeed jobs and I filled out the whole application form and sent it. Around 2/3 weeks later I had a telephone interview. I was than invited in for a one to one interview I was around 20-30 minutes early I than was interviewed with two people I than was asked to tidy the shop floor fitting rooms as well. As I shop in H&M a lot it helped my confidence and I was than I got a phone call the following week after offering me the job.
I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

Interview
It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
