Interview
The process consist of initial cv screening, followed by a set of test, an assessment center, and 2 final interviews. I made it to the final interviews. It was a long process. At the end of which I did not receive an offer. There is only a small amount of finalist, so it is not difficult to give feedback to the candidate. However, H&M did not give any feedback, just a very generic email saying that it was difficult for them to pick. They even misspelled my name in this final email. No further explanation was provided when I asked for more feedback.

Interview
Had an OA on personality and abilities via Aon, then a recorded video interview, then the assessment centre.
The video interview gave unlimited time to prepare after you've been presented with the questions. The assessment centre was virtual and applicants came from different countries as H&M generously sponsor work visa in Sweden. We had to complete individual tasks, group tasks and a speed interview. Some interviewers were very snobbish and disrespectful but overall the experience was nice.
Their HR members are quite responsive throughout your application process but after rejecting you, they ghost you completely and don't offer any feedback on your performance.
