I applied online for the new store in Boise. Two weeks later, the store manager called me for a brief phone interview with basic questions about my retail experience and availability. She then set up an in person interview the next week. The in person interview asked lots of situational and trend questions. At the end of the interview, she then asked me to come in next week, which was just to do paperwork and tax information. They prefer you to have retail experience and knowledge of the current trends.
