Interview
Pretty straightforward interview process starting with an online application, then an aptitude test (numerical, verbal, logical),then a telephone interview, and finally an invitation for an assessment centre. In the telephone interview they asked questions like why H&M and why the ITP, some CV-related questions and how flexible and mobile one is. The assessment day consisted of a face-to-face interview with an HR person and five small case studies both in a group and individually. The assessment day wasn't good organized.

For the International talent program at H&M this year 2016 it contained:
- CV Selection
- Apptitude test (12 minutes 3 types (Numerical, Verbal, Inductive)
- Telephone Interview (30 minute interview)
- Assesment day Stockholm (personal interview and case interview --> 3 individual 1 team case)
- Final interview
H&M does not provide any feedback at the first three stages, no learning outcomes expect experience.

Advise: take notes during the first presentation, it may be useful during the case study. Read all reports (hm.com) and increase your knowledge of the market. You have to be excellent on each stage. 2200 applicants during this session.

Interview
Starts with a phone HR interview, then you get an online test, then if you get to the next round, you'll have an invitation to an assement center where you have one individual HR interview, then a group case interview, after that you might be ask to do another case interview if they want to confirm you case skill, but maybe not. Then, you'll be asked to do a leadership online test. And the final round is an interview with a manager.
