3 step interviews. One with hiring manager, second round with director of the team and last one with HR. The process was very fast and I got the offer within a week.
I applied online. I interviewed at Gucci (Glendale, CA) in Jan 2023
Interview
Got invited to a networking event for the new Gucci store in Glendale. It was an extremely loud venue so hard to hear everyone, everyone was shouting and it was very hot. I never heard back from anyone again- not even a you did not get hired courtesy email that I have received from other large companies.

Question 1
Why do you want to work here? So cliche. And why do you want to transition from furniture design to selling handbags?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Gucci (Milán) in Oct 2020
Interview
Primo colloquio conoscitivo, conversazione piacevole.
