Grifols Donor Processor interview questions

This was a really laid back process, probably due to the fact that this company has a high turnover rate. Basically what happened was I applied for the job online then received a call which you could say was a pre interview. They asked basic questions: my name, whether I graduated or not, I suppose this was to get a feel for me and my character. The actual interview was real short and informal. The questions were very generic, such as, "Name a time when you had to make a difficult decision and what did you learn?" In all it was nothing to sweat over.
