I had a phone interview first then they called for me to come in for an actual interview and gave me a tour of the center also they communicated via email alot so make sure your checking your inbox

I missed the recruiters call but she emailed me with a link to schedule a phone interview or do a pre recorded one. I did the latter and I regret it. It asks normal interview questions but in mid sentence it would hang up on me. I called back several times and eventually completed it but now I'm pretty certain I won't be receiving a call back because I technically didn't always give full responses which obviously isn't my fault. I tried going in and scheduling a live phone interview but that option no longer works because I took the faulty recorded one. So beware! Just speak with a human if you can.
