Globant Senior Software Engineer interview questions

After 2 technical rounds, they selected me, ask me to share documents also but after discussion of compensation, they change their mind and scheduled another technical round to drop my candidature. If they can't match the expectations so they can straight away say no or share their budget instead of giving false commitment of selection and scheduling another round as a formality to drop candidature.
